The food was very good, even better than the samples we had enjoyed in the winter. Many of our guests commented on how nice the meal was, and we enjoyed all of
the dishes. The gnocchi was especially popular, and I really liked
the yam and new potato salad. Thanks also to your staff for packaging
the leftovers for us nicely – we enjoyed a few nice meals after the
wedding and I was definitely disappointed when we ran out of those
leftovers. I would hope that you would publish some cookbooks or open
a restaurant so that we can enjoy your dishes in the future.

I want to thank you and your staff for the great service.
The after-ceremony room switcheroo went very smoothly and quickly,
and I don’t think the guests even noticed. Throughout the evening
John kept things on track and took care of all the details. Your
staff was also most helpful in getting the room broken down, ready
for the rental pickup, and swept, so that we could focus on getting
all of our table and room decorations dismantled and packed up.

yesterday for Evy and Stephen’s wedding. The food was SOOO wonderful and your crew was even more wonderful!! They were so helpful and gracious. We actually needed to open the cabana a little earlier than planned because of the heat and your people were very accommodating.

Thank you again for the extra table cloth. The sound man always brings his own but forgot this
time…so thank you for coming through for us on that.

Your crew did a great job cutting the cake and cleaning up also. The food spread was
incredible! Great presentation. Evy and Stephen were so very happy
